A video call
We talk it through properly. The day, the plan, what you want and what you are dreading. No pressure at either end of it.

A questionnaire
The details I need so nothing on the day is a surprise. Timings, family, the people who matter, the shots you cannot go without.

A contract
Plain and simple, so we both know exactly what has been agreed. Read it, ask me anything, then sign it.

25% to hold it
A deposit secures your date and it is yours from that moment. The rest is due before the day itself.
