How I work
We talk it through on a call first, always, before anything is signed. Then a questionnaire so I know your day inside out, a simple contract, and a 25% deposit to hold the date.
From there, I'm yours. Questions are always welcome. Within reason. I do sleep, occasionally.

Six rolls in Start to Finish, two in Full Day, shot on a film camera alongside everything digital. Grain, light leaks and all, because some moments deserve to feel like memories already.

Whether you are celebrating an engagement, an anniversary, or just the joy of being together. Relaxed, natural, and gently directed, so you feel comfortable rather than posed. It is also the best way to get used to a camera before the wedding day, which is why most couples who do one arrive far less nervous.

Smaller days
By arrangement
Not every wedding needs a whole day. If you are planning something smaller, a ceremony and an hour after it, an elopement, a lunch with the people who matter most, tell me what the day looks like and I will build the coverage around it. I have photographed the City Chambers more times than I can count, so if that is where you are headed I already know every corner of it.

Before you ask
Travel, rescheduling, prints, and what happens if the date moves.
Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes please, take me with you. I am always up for an adventure and I love photographing weddings abroad. Travel is quoted depending on where you are, and I keep it transparent and simple so you know exactly what to expect.
Do you help with planning our engagement session?
Of course. I will help you choose a location that feels like you, offer outfit advice if you want it, and guide you through the session with prompts that help you relax. It is less about posing and more about catching how you are with each other.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Life happens, I get it. If you need to reschedule I will always do my best to accommodate a new date, depending on availability. If you cancel, the retainer is non refundable because it is what held your date, but I will walk you through it properly rather than leaving you with an email.
Do you offer digital files, prints or albums?
Every collection includes high resolution digital files in a private online gallery. From there you can download them, share them, or order prints and heirloom albums. I am happy to help you put one together.
Can we meet before we book?
Always, and I would rather we did. Whether it’s a video call or coffee in Edinburgh, I’d love to connect before the big day. It’s the best way to get to know each other, chat through plans, and make sure you feel totally at ease in front of my camera.
How many weddings do you take on per year?
I only take on 25 weddings a year, so I can fully immerse myself in each one and give every couple the time, energy, and love they deserve. Quality over quantity, always.
